Opened in March 2024, Gerry's Hot Subs in Exmouth Market is the brainchild of award-winning Bodean’s BBQ founder Andre Blais. Promising the classic New York style deli subs, Gerry's is kitted out with all the best elements of the traditional NY style deli including formica, timber panels, and stainless steel.

We helped Blais to achieve planning on the shopfront proposal, and full designed and developed the details for all of the interiors, ensuring that it had the classic 70s feel that he was after.
