GREENWICH House
This Greenwich terrace became a study in colour and texture designed to reflect the vibrant energy of our clients and their young family. More than a renovation, the project was about creating a layered, expressive interior that could support busy daily life while feeling personal, warm and full of character.
When we began, the narrow house lacked storage, structure and flow, with everyday items spilling into circulation spaces. Our brief was to bring cohesion and practicality to a tight footprint while celebrating individuality. We carefully reworked the layout to improve function. A new loft extension provides a guest bedroom and home office, while the first floor now accommodates two children’s bedrooms, a main bedroom with ensuite and a family bathroom. Downstairs, the kitchen, WC, utility, hallway and living areas were reconfigured to create better movement and connection.
Rather than replacing the kitchen entirely, we refreshed it with new fittings, paintwork and splashback, layering in personality through considered detail. Natural timber flooring and consistent finishes run throughout, adding warmth and continuity.
Colour was intentionally infused into every space to give the home energy and identity. Confident, layered palettes replace neutrals, with each room carrying its own tone while remaining connected to the wider scheme. The children’s bedrooms are playful yet designed to grow with them, while calmer transitional spaces balance the bolder moments.
Bespoke storage is seamlessly integrated throughout. The result is a practical yet characterful family home, expressive, welcoming and designed for real life.
